galaxy leaves

The Galaxy Flowers series was inspired while reading Bill Bryson's "A Short History of Nearly Everything." Trying to understand the theory of the Big Bang Theory is nearly impossible for me to comprehend, until, I thought of a seed and all the galaxies, universes, and life sprung from it.

The last in the series, Galaxy Leaves, has a depth of green watercolor tones. The shape of the leaves was inspired by a rubber tree.
